Star Wars models for DAZ
Images of available Star Wars models for your 3D rendering. Note that these are not downloads but, where possible, download links will be on the pages. Some are hi-res characters and clothing for G8 and G3 models, some are simple objects such as vehicles. I'm hoping this will be a fairly exhaustive look at both free and premium models available for Star Wars fans.

Using 3DSMax, Photoshop, xNormal, and Marmoset to take this screenshot.
This X-Wing is the first model I consider to have been worked to completion (or close enough, I doubtless will continue to improve upon it). I baked the 104,000 poly mesh into this 3500 poly model, applied a diffuse, specular, and normal map to it (Specular and Diffuse are completely hand-painted in photoshop.). this X-Wing is able to be imported into any game engine as-is.

Nice, you've not lost much detail have you? What's the back like though - all those fiddly bits there most have taken a pounding from the poly-blasting.
